2. How long will it take to receive my order?

A little anticipation. Something worth looking forward to.

Every Shaw Golf item is Made Especially for You, so your order follows a different journey from traditional off-the-shelf clothing.

Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for your order to arrive with us from our supplier. Once it reaches Shaw Golf, we'll prepare and dispatch your order using Royal Mail 48HR Tracked, with delivery usually taking a further 2–3 working days.

In total, please allow approximately 2–3 weeks, plus 2–3 working days for delivery.

We'll send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched.

We know waiting is exciting, which is why we aim to keep the process as straightforward as possible.

3. Will I be notified when my order is dispatched?

Absolutely. Once your order has arrived with us, been prepared and dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

You can then follow your parcel's journey to your door.

4. Can I cancel or change my order?

Because your items are arranged specifically for your order, we recommend checking your chosen designs, sizes and order details carefully before completing your purchase.

If you need to make a change or cancel, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@shawgolf.co.uk. Once we've placed your order with our supplier, changes may no longer be possible.

Any cancellation or refund will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law and our terms. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

For charity items, the applicable 10% donation supports the charity specified on the product page, such as Macmillan Cancer Support, M.A.T.E. or Dorset Mind.

5. What if I change my mind after receiving my order?

We want you to love your Shaw Golf purchase.

Our 14-day return policy applies to eligible items once delivered. Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition, with original tags and packaging intact.

6. What if there are delays?

We aim for your order to arrive with us within approximately 2–3 weeks, followed by 2–3 working days for delivery.

Occasionally, manufacturing or supplier delays may occur. If there's a significant delay, we'll keep you updated and explain any options available.

We appreciate your patience and will do our best to make your experience a positive one from the moment you order to the moment your new Shaw Golf clothing arrives.

7. Do I pay upfront for Made Especially for You items?

Yes. Payment is taken when you place your order, allowing us to confirm your purchase and arrange production with our supplier.

8. What if my item is faulty, damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us at sales@shawgolf.co.uk as soon as possible.

We'll review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution in accordance with your statutory rights. This may include a repair, replacement or refund, as applicable.

Once you've placed your order, you'll receive an email confirming your purchase and order details.

Your order is then passed to our supplier for production, beginning its journey towards you.

2. Made Especially for You

Every Shaw Golf item is produced to order rather than held in stock.

This allows us to offer a wider variety of designs, more clothing options and sizes from XXS to 6XL, while helping reduce excess stock and unnecessary waste.

3. Quality Check & Dispatch

Once your order arrives with us, we'll check it and prepare it for dispatch.

We'll then send it using Royal Mail 48HR Tracked, so you can follow your parcel's journey to you.

4. Delivery to Your Door

Delivery usually takes 2–3 working days from dispatch.

We offer free UK delivery, so there are no standard UK delivery charges to add to your order.

Shipping & Delivery Times

We currently use Royal Mail 48HR Tracked for UK and Guernsey deliveries.

Standard delivery usually takes 2–3 working days from dispatch. Delivery is free on all UK orders.

Please remember that the 2–3 working day delivery timeframe begins when your order is dispatched, not when you place it. Your item must first arrive with us from our supplier.

While we always do our best to get orders dispatched promptly once they're ready, delivery times can occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control. If your parcel is delayed after being collected by the carrier, we'll do our best to help you obtain an update.

Nothing matters more than making sure you know what to expect, so we aim to keep our delivery information clear from the moment you order.

Customs & Import Fees

All orders are shipped from the UK. Depending on your delivery destination, you may be required to pay customs duties, taxes or import fees when your parcel arrives.

These charges depend on the destination and local regulations and are the responsibility of the recipient where applicable.

If you're unsure which charges may apply, we recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing your order.

Refusing to Pay Customs Fees

If you refuse delivery because of customs charges and the parcel is subsequently returned to us, any refund and deduction for shipping or handling will be dealt with in accordance with our applicable terms and consumer law.

Refunds & Returns

At Shaw Golf, we want the returns and exchange process to be as straightforward as possible. Please read the information below before sending an item back to us.

Changed Your Mind? No Problem

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date your order is delivered. If you change your mind or are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return the item for a refund or exchange.

How It Works

Returned items must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

You are responsible for arranging and paying for the return postage to us. Once we receive and inspect your return, we can arrange either a refund or exchange, subject to stock availability.

Refunds will normally be processed within 10 working days of us receiving your returned item.

Important Exceptions

If an item has been ordered and you change your mind before it arrives, we will issue a refund minus the cost of the product that has already been ordered from our supplier.

For charity items, the 10% donation amount will be non-refundable. This is because we do not wish to recover or remove funds that have been allocated to Macmillan Cancer Support, M.A.T.E or Dorset Mind. The remaining amount will be refunded as normal.

Items returned in an unsuitable condition, including items that have been worn, washed, damaged or returned without their original tags, may not be accepted and may be returned to you.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for something of a different value, we will refund the difference if the replacement item is cheaper. If the replacement item costs more, we will contact you regarding the additional balance before processing the exchange.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us at sales@shawgolf.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue, whether that means arranging a replacement, exchange or refund.

Undeliverable or Returned Orders

If your order is returned to us because an incorrect or undeliverable address was provided, you will be responsible for any costs associated with re-delivery.

If you would prefer a refund instead, the original shipping charge may be deducted from the refund.

Your Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights. Your legal rights remain protected under applicable UK consumer law.

About Shaw Golf Clothing

Shaw Golf Clothing was founded in 2020 by brothers Harry and Lewy Shaw, born from a shared passion for golf, clothing and doing things differently.

Based in Bournemouth on the South Coast, Shaw Golf is a true family business. What started with two brothers and a vision to challenge the traditional image of golf has grown into a clothing brand worn by golfers and athletes across clubs around the world, on tour and by professional footballers.

At the heart of Shaw Golf is Harry Shaw, known as the “Tattooed Golf Coach”. Harry has always stood out from the crowd. A professional golfer and coach covered in tattoos, he experienced first-hand how easily golf can judge people for looking or thinking differently. Rather than conform, Harry chose to embrace what made him different — and that attitude became a huge part of the Shaw Golf identity.

Together with his brother Lewy, Harry set out to create golf clothing that felt different. Clothing that looked good, performed on the course and, most importantly, allowed people to express themselves.

From the beginning, Shaw Golf has been about more than simply making golf shirts and jackets. It is about changing perceptions of the game and showing that golf belongs to everyone, whatever their background, style or level of experience.

A Bournemouth Family Business

Shaw Golf remains proudly rooted in Bournemouth and the surrounding South Coast. The brothers' involvement in golf extends beyond clothing, with coaching, custom fitting, events and travel all forming part of the wider Shaw Golf journey.

Through South Coast Golf Hub, Harry and Lewy work with golfers of all abilities, offering coaching and expert equipment fitting alongside the clothing business. Their connection with the local golfing community remains central to everything they do.

That local foundation has helped Shaw Golf grow into a brand with an increasingly global presence, while still retaining the personality and independent spirit that started it all.

The brand has made its way onto professional tours, including The Open and the DP World Tour, with professional players choosing Shaw Golf alongside — and in some cases instead of — established major golf brands.

Through limited-edition collections, the brand has supported causes close to the team's hearts. The “FU Cancer” collection has raised money for Macmillan Cancer Support through local fundraising efforts, while the “Mind Blue” range supports Dorset Mind and its work around mental health.
