PRE ORDER FAQ's
🏌️♂️ Shaw Golf Pre-Order FAQs
1. What does “pre-order” mean?
Pre-order items are not currently in stock. When you purchase a pre-order item, we place the order with our manufacturer on your behalf.
2. How long will it take to receive my pre-order?
Pre-order items typically arrive within 2–3 weeks. As soon as we receive your item from the manufacturer, we’ll ship it immediately and email you with a tracking number.
3. Will I be notified when my pre-order ships?
Yes! You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details the moment your item leaves our HQ.
4. Can I cancel or change a pre-order?
Yes — if your item hasn’t yet been delivered, you can request a cancellation by emailing sales@shawgolf.co.uk

If your pre-order has already been placed with our supplier, we’ll issue a refund minus the product cost, as we’re unable to cancel it on their end.

For charity items, 10% of the purchase price is non-refundable as it is donated directly to Macmillan Local or Dorset Mind — the remaining balance will be refunded.

Please note: Items returned in an unsuitable condition (worn, washed, damaged, or missing tags) will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
5. What if I change my mind after receiving the item?
No problem — our 14-day return policy applies to pre-orders too. You can return or exchange it as long as it’s in original condition with tags attached.
6. What if there are delays?
We aim for a 2–3 week turnaround, but if there are any delays from the manufacturer, we’ll keep you updated and offer options if needed.
7. Can I order in-stock and pre-order items together?
Yes, but they will shipped together
8. Do I pay upfront for pre-orders?
Yes, payment is taken at the time of ordering to confirm your place in the production run.
9. What if the item is faulty or incorrect?
Email us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a replacement, refund, or exchange right away.
