Order Confirmation

Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll receive an email confirming your purchase and order details.

Orders

Shaw Golf items are made to order rather than held in stock. This allows us to reduce unnecessary waste and avoid overproduction, while making each item specifically for you.

Once you place your order, it will be sent to our supplier for production. Orders usually take 2–3 weeks to arrive with us.

As soon as your item arrives with us, we’ll check it and get it ready to send to you. Your order will then be dispatched using Royal Mail 48HR Tracked, which usually takes 2–3 working days from dispatch.

Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for your item to arrive with us, followed by 2–3 working days for delivery to you.

Shipping & Delivery Times

We currently use Royal Mail 48HR Tracked for UK and Guernsey deliveries.

Standard delivery is usually 2–3 working days from dispatch. Delivery is free on orders over £50 and £5 for orders under £50.

While we always do our best to dispatch orders promptly, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the delivery carrier once your parcel has been collected from us.

Customs & Import Fees

All orders are shipped from the UK. Depending on your location, you may be required to pay customs duties, taxes or import fees when your parcel arrives.

Refusing to Pay Customs Fees

If you choose to refuse delivery because of customs charges and the parcel is subsequently returned to us, a shipping and handling fee may be deducted from your refund.

If you are unsure about the customs duties or import charges that may apply to your order, we recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing your order.
