DELIVERY

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email notification confirming your order.

For any order that is pre-order we will then place the order with our manufacturer. We then expect to receive this back within 3 weeks at which point we will ship it immediately to you.

Orders from our Outlet will be shipped within 2 working days.

Note that we cannot be responsible for delays in shipping once picked up by the carrier.

UK & GUERNSEY STANDARD DELIVERY (2-3 working days after shipping confirmation) - Free Delivery for all orders over £40. For all order under £40 postage is £2.50. Orders are shipped using Royal Mail 48HR Tracked service.

EUROPE STANDARD DELIVERY (5-7 working days after shipping confirmation) - £10. Orders are shipped using Royal Mail International Tracked service.

USA, CANADA, AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND STANDARD DELIVERY (7-10 working days after shipping confirmation) - £17.50. Orders are shipped using Royal Mail International Tracked service.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES
As all orders are currently shipped from UK, you may be subject to additional import fees upon delivery.

Refusing to Pay Customs

If you choose to refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned back to SHAW GOLF, a shipping & handling fee may be deducted from your refund.
