WANT TO RETURN SOMETHING? NO PROBLEM!

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase from Shaw Golf. If for any reason you are not satisfied we would be happy to exchange or refund your purchase.

WHATS OUR RETURNS POLICY?

We operate a no–quibble returns policy and if you return an item within 90 days of receipt, we’ll give you back the amount you paid for the item (excluding any delivery charges) or offer an exchange, whichever you prefer, no questions asked.

These items returned should be in their original condition. Please remember not to remove any labels / barcodes or tags attached to the items, or dispose of packaging until you are sure you are keeping the items.

For obvious reasons we do not refund items that have been worn, washed or soiled.

All goods will be inspected on return and we try hard to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. 

The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it’s packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way!

Please allow up to 10 working days from when we receive your returned items for the refund to be processed.


JUST COMPLETED YOUR ORDER BUT CHANGED YOUR MIND?

No problem – you can return it under the Distance Selling Regulations. Please contact us at shawgolfclothing@gmail.com to cancel your order.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T LIKE THE ITEMS OR THEY DO NOT FIT?

No problem. Just send the item back to us and, depending on your preferences and stock levels, we’ll either exchange it or give you a full refund. Please send an email with your order details to shawgolfclothing@gmail.com along with your reason for return.

 

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us at shawgolfclothing@gmail.com within 14 days of the order receipt. While we do everything within our power to ensure that you receive the product(s) you ordered in the condition you expect, sometimes mistakes and accidents happen. We will do our best to ensure that the issue is resolved to your satisfaction.

 

DO I HAVE TO PAY TO RETURN AN ITEM?

All our normal product range comes with a free return guarantee.

Product which are part of our "Pre-Order" are already very heavily discounted, so if you want to return or exchange them them we ask that you pay for returning the items.

If you would like to return an item and need a returns label please email us at shawgolfclothing@gmail.com requesting this and we will email you a label to use with Royal Mail for the return and first exchange. If you are still not 100% happy with your exchange then we will ask you to cover return postage on any additional exchanges for that order.

You'll have 7 days to send something back to us from the day you receive the returns label. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns after this time.


Outside of the UK you will have to arrange this yourself. However, we will happily post you out a different size or style for free.

 

WHAT IF I WANT TO EXCHANGE MY ITEM FOR SOMETHING CHEAPER OR MORE EXPENSIVE?

We will refund the price difference between your item and a cheaper one, or require extra payment to match the price of a more expensive one. That seems fair to us!

UNDELIVERABLE ITEMS OR WRONG ADDRESS

In the event that our courier is not able to deliver your items and they are returned to us the following applies depending on the reason for the return.

WHERE THERE IS NO POSTAGE CHARGE ON THE ORIGINAL ORDER

1. If the address you supplied is incorrect then we'll get in touch and try to re-send your items. 

2. If the address you supplied is correct but the courier was unable to deliver your items for another reason (e.g. refused delivery, inaccessible, etc) then we'll get in touch and try to re-send your items. 

3. If you decide you no longer want the items then we will issue a refund.

4. If you would like to exchange your items then we will do that.

 

WHERE THERE IS A POSTAGE CHARGE ON THE ORIGINAL ORDER (non UK purchases and UK orders below the published free delivery amount at time of purchase)

1. If the address you supplied is incorrect then we'll get in touch and try to re-send your items. We will, however, ask you to cover the cost of resending.

2. If the address you supplied is correct but the courier was unable to deliver your items for another reason (e.g. refused delivery, inaccessible, etc) then we'll get in touch and try to re-send your items. We will, however, ask you to cover the cost of resending.

3. If you decide you no longer want the items then we will issue a refund minus the cost of delivery.

4. If you would like to exchange your items then we will do that, but we will ask that you cover the cost of resending.

THE LEGAL BIT

If you return any item purchased from the website within 30 days, subject to any damage to the product not being due to your negligence, it will be taken as a cancellation of your order, or relevant part of your order.

Goods are provided to you on approval and legal title to the goods will not be yours until the 30 day post - delivery period has expired.

When we receive returned goods, Shaw Golf will refund you in full the amount you paid for them (less the postage) or offer an exchange, whichever you prefer. You must, however, return the goods to Shaw Golf on cancellation so that we can do this.

Please allow up to 10 working days from when we receive your returned items for the refund to be processed.

 

LIABILITY

Shaw Golf’s total liability for any claim howsoever arising shall not exceed the price of goods supplied by Shaw Golf to the customer. Shaw Golf shall not be liable for any consequential customer loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way. Shaw Golf cannot accept any liability for a failure to comply with specific instructions stated on the website or on the garment. Your statutory rights are not affected by this statement.
