Refunds & Returns
We believe in making returns and exchanges as smooth as a well-played round. Here’s everything you need to know:
Changed Your Mind? No Problem
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date your order arrives. If you're not completely happy, you're welcome to return or exchange your item.
How It Works

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

Easy returns: You arrange and pay to send the item back to us — that’s it.

Choose a refund or exchange, depending on your preference and stock availability.

Refunds will be processed within 10 working days of receiving your return.

Some Exceptions to Note

If the item was ordered from our supplier as a PRE ORDER and you changed your mind before delivery, we will issue a refund minus that product's cost.

For charity items, the 10% donated amount will be non-refundable as we do not wish to take this away from Macmillan Local or Dorset Mind — the rest will be refunded as normal.
- Lucky Dip Polos are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged
- Items returned in an unsuitable condition (worn, washed, damaged, no tags) will not be accepted and returned to you.
Exchanges
Want something cheaper or more expensive instead?

We’ll refund the difference if it’s less.

If it costs more, we’ll let you know the balance due.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If there’s an issue with your order, email us at sales@shawgolf.co.uk within 14 days of receipt. We’ll sort it quickly — whether that’s a replacement, exchange, or refund.
What About Undeliverable Items?
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address:

We’ll ask you to cover re-delivery costs.

If you want a refund, it will be minus the original shipping charge.
The Legal Bit
Your statutory rights are not affected. Goods are provided on approval. Ownership transfers to you after the 14-day return period has passed. Shaw Golf’s liability for any issue will not exceed the price of the item(s) in question.
