Launching in September 2026, Shaw-Fit is an entirely new premium performance fabric developed for Shaw Golf. It is unlike anything we have used before, combining an exceptionally soft hand feel with advanced stretch, breathability and moisture management to deliver a refined performance experience from the first tee to the final green.

Crafted from a premium 20% polyester, 70% elastane and 10% spandex composition, Shaw-Fit delivers exceptional four-way stretch and unrestricted movement through every part of your swing. The fabric is lightweight, breathable and engineered to help move moisture away from the skin, keeping you feeling fresh, comfortable and composed throughout your round.

The result is a golf polo that feels as premium as it looks. Smooth against the skin, highly responsive and designed to move naturally with the body, Shaw-Fit brings a distinctly elevated feel to performance golfwear.

This isn't a small update. This is the biggest material upgrade Shaw Golf has made.

For the first time, every Shaw Golf item across our new collection has been upgraded with premium performance materials, bringing a completely new standard of comfort, stretch, breathability and quality to the brand.

Shaw-Fit has never been used in Shaw Golf clothing before. Designed with the modern golfer in mind, the fabric delivers an exceptionally soft and luxurious feel whilst providing the flexibility and unrestricted movement needed throughout every swing.

Shaw Golf Made-to-Order FAQs

1. What does “Made to Order” mean?

Shaw Golf items are not held in stock and are made to order specifically for you. When you purchase an item, we place the order with our supplier on your behalf.

This approach helps us reduce unnecessary stock and waste while allowing us to make products specifically for our customers.

2. How long will it take to receive my Made-to-Order item?

Made-to-order items typically take 2–3 weeks to arrive with us from our supplier.

Once your item arrives at Shaw Golf, we will prepare and dispatch it using Royal Mail 48HR Tracked. Delivery usually takes 2–3 working days from the date we dispatch your order.

Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for your item to arrive with us, followed by 2–3 working days for delivery to you.

3. Will I be notified when my order is dispatched?

Yes. Once your item has arrived with us and has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

4. Can I cancel or change a Made-to-Order item?

You can contact us at sales@shawgolf.co.uk if you wish to cancel a made-to-order item before it has been delivered.

If we have already placed the order with our supplier, we may be unable to cancel it. In this situation, any refund may be reduced by the cost we have already paid to our supplier for the item.

For charity items, the 10% donation amount is non-refundable, as this is donated directly to Macmillan Cancer Support, M.A.T.E or Dorset Mind. The remaining balance will be refunded in accordance with our returns policy.

5. What if I change my mind after receiving my item?

Our 14-day return policy applies to made-to-order items once they have been delivered.

You can return or exchange the item provided it is unused, unwashed and in its original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Please see our full Refunds & Returns policy for further information.

6. What if there are delays?

We aim for made-to-order items to arrive with us within 2–3 weeks. Occasionally, supplier or manufacturing delays may occur.

If there is a significant delay with your order, we will keep you updated and let you know if there are any options available.

7. Do I pay upfront for Made-to-Order items?

Yes. Payment is taken at the time of ordering to confirm your purchase and allow us to place the order with our supplier.

8. What if my item is faulty or incorrect?

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us at sales@shawgolf.co.uk within 14 days of delivery.

We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, exchange or refund.

Order Confirmation

Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll receive an email confirming your purchase and order details.

Orders

Shaw Golf items are made to order rather than held in stock. This allows us to reduce unnecessary waste and avoid overproduction, while making each item specifically for you.

Once you place your order, it will be sent to our supplier for production. Orders usually take 2–3 weeks to arrive with us.

As soon as your item arrives with us, we’ll check it and get it ready to send to you. Your order will then be dispatched using Royal Mail 48HR Tracked, which usually takes 2–3 working days from dispatch.

Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for your item to arrive with us, followed by 2–3 working days for delivery to you.

Shipping & Delivery Times

We currently use Royal Mail 48HR Tracked for UK and Guernsey deliveries.

Standard delivery is usually 2–3 working days from dispatch. Delivery is free on orders over £50 and £5 for orders under £50.

While we always do our best to dispatch orders promptly, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the delivery carrier once your parcel has been collected from us.

Customs & Import Fees

All orders are shipped from the UK. Depending on your location, you may be required to pay customs duties, taxes or import fees when your parcel arrives.

Refusing to Pay Customs Fees

If you choose to refuse delivery because of customs charges and the parcel is subsequently returned to us, a shipping and handling fee may be deducted from your refund.

If you are unsure about the customs duties or import charges that may apply to your order, we recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing your order.

Refunds & Returns

At Shaw Golf, we want the returns and exchange process to be as straightforward as possible. Please read the information below before sending an item back to us.

Changed Your Mind? No Problem

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date your order is delivered. If you change your mind or are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return the item for a refund or exchange.

How It Works

Returned items must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

You are responsible for arranging and paying for the return postage to us. Once we receive and inspect your return, we can arrange either a refund or exchange, subject to stock availability.

Refunds will normally be processed within 10 working days of us receiving your returned item.

Important Exceptions

If an item has been ordered and you change your mind before it arrives, we will issue a refund minus the cost of the product that has already been ordered from our supplier.

For charity items, the 10% donation amount will be non-refundable. This is because we do not wish to recover or remove funds that have been allocated to Macmillan Cancer Support, M.A.T.E or Dorset Mind. The remaining amount will be refunded as normal.

Items returned in an unsuitable condition, including items that have been worn, washed, damaged or returned without their original tags, may not be accepted and may be returned to you.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for something of a different value, we will refund the difference if the replacement item is cheaper. If the replacement item costs more, we will contact you regarding the additional balance before processing the exchange.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us at sales@shawgolf.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue, whether that means arranging a replacement, exchange or refund.

Undeliverable or Returned Orders

If your order is returned to us because an incorrect or undeliverable address was provided, you will be responsible for any costs associated with re-delivery.

If you would prefer a refund instead, the original shipping charge may be deducted from the refund.

Your Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights. Your legal rights remain protected under applicable UK consumer law.

About Shaw Golf Clothing

Shaw Golf Clothing was founded in 2020 by brothers Harry and Lewy Shaw, born from a shared passion for golf, clothing and doing things differently.

Based in Bournemouth on the South Coast, Shaw Golf is a true family business. What started with two brothers and a vision to challenge the traditional image of golf has grown into a clothing brand worn by golfers and athletes across clubs around the world, on tour and by professional footballers.

At the heart of Shaw Golf is Harry Shaw, known as the “Tattooed Golf Coach”. Harry has always stood out from the crowd. A professional golfer and coach covered in tattoos, he experienced first-hand how easily golf can judge people for looking or thinking differently. Rather than conform, Harry chose to embrace what made him different — and that attitude became a huge part of the Shaw Golf identity.

Together with his brother Lewy, Harry set out to create golf clothing that felt different. Clothing that looked good, performed on the course and, most importantly, allowed people to express themselves.

From the beginning, Shaw Golf has been about more than simply making golf shirts and jackets. It is about changing perceptions of the game and showing that golf belongs to everyone, whatever their background, style or level of experience.

A Bournemouth Family Business

Shaw Golf remains proudly rooted in Bournemouth and the surrounding South Coast. The brothers' involvement in golf extends beyond clothing, with coaching, custom fitting, events and travel all forming part of the wider Shaw Golf journey.

Through South Coast Golf Hub, Harry and Lewy work with golfers of all abilities, offering coaching and expert equipment fitting alongside the clothing business. Their connection with the local golfing community remains central to everything they do.

That local foundation has helped Shaw Golf grow into a brand with an increasingly global presence, while still retaining the personality and independent spirit that started it all.

Shaw Golf clothing can now be seen across golf clubs worldwide, from everyday golfers enjoying a weekend round to players competing at the highest level.

The brand has made its way onto professional tours, including The Open and the DP World Tour, with professional players choosing Shaw Golf alongside — and in some cases instead of — established major golf brands.

Our clothing has also found its way into professional football, with footballers choosing Shaw Golf both on and off the course. It is a reflection of what the brand has always aimed to achieve: clothing that works beyond the traditional boundaries of golf.

Giving back has also become an important part of the Shaw Golf story.

Through limited-edition collections, the brand has supported causes close to the team's hearts. The “FU Cancer” collection has raised money for Macmillan Cancer Support through local fundraising efforts, while the “Mind Blue” range supports Dorset Mind and its work around mental health.

For us, clothing can be about more than what it looks like. It can carry a message and help make a difference.
