Made from 92% polyester and 8% spandex polo, they offer a comfortable, breathable fit with moisture-wicking properties to keep you dry on the course. Featuring a self-stay collar with our signature buttons, these polos are non-iron for easy care.

Pre Order FAQs

🏌️♂️ Shaw Golf Pre-Order FAQs

1. What does “pre-order” mean?
Pre-order items are not currently in stock. When you purchase a pre-order item, we place the order with our manufacturer on your behalf.


2. How long will it take to receive my pre-order?
Pre-order items typically arrive within 2–4 weeks. As soon as we receive your item from the manufacturer, we’ll ship it immediately and email you with a tracking number.


3. Will I be notified when my pre-order ships?
Yes! You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details the moment your item leaves our HQ.


4. Can I cancel or change a pre-order?
Yes — if your item hasn’t yet been delivered, you can request a cancellation by emailing sales@shawgolf.co.uk

  • If your pre-order has already been placed with our supplier, we’ll issue a refund minus the product cost, as we’re unable to cancel it on their end.

  • For charity items, 10% of the purchase price is non-refundable as it is donated directly to Macmillan Local or Dorset Mind — the remaining balance will be refunded.

  • Please note: Items returned in an unsuitable condition (worn, washed, damaged, or missing tags) will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.


5. What if I change my mind after receiving the item?
No problem — our 14-day return policy applies to pre-orders too. You can return or exchange it as long as it’s in original condition with tags attached.


6. What if there are delays?
We aim for a 2–4 week turnaround, but if there are any delays from the manufacturer, we’ll keep you updated and offer options if needed.


7. Can I order in-stock and pre-order items together?
Yes, but they will shipped together


8. Do I pay upfront for pre-orders?
Yes, payment is taken at the time of ordering to confirm your place in the production run.


9. What if the item is faulty or incorrect?
Email us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a replacement, refund, or exchange right away.

Shipping & Delivery

Order Confirmation

Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll receive an email confirming your purchase and order details.


Pre-Order Items

If your item is marked as pre-order, we will place the order with our manufacturer shortly after your purchase. These typically take 2–4 weeks to arrive with us. As soon as we receive your item, we’ll ship it to you straight away and send a dispatch confirmation.


Outlet Orders

Items purchased from our Outlet section are in stock and will be dispatched within 2 working days.


Shipping & Delivery Times

We currently use Royal Mail 48HR Tracked service for UK & Guernsey deliveries.

  • Standard Delivery (2–3 working days from dispatch)

    • Free on orders over £50

    • £5 for orders under £50

Please note: While we do our best to dispatch on time, we are not responsible for carrier-related delays once the parcel has been picked up.


Customs & Import Fees

All orders are shipped from the UK. Depending on your location, you may be required to pay customs duties or import fees when your parcel arrives.

Refusing to Pay Customs Fees

If you choose to refuse delivery due to customs charges and the parcel is returned to us, a shipping and handling fee may be deducted from your refund.

If you’re unsure about customs or duties in your country, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.

Refunds & Returns

We believe in making returns and exchanges as smooth as a well-played round. Here’s everything you need to know:


Changed Your Mind? No Problem

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date your order arrives. If you're not completely happy, you're welcome to return or exchange your item.


How It Works

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Easy returns: You arrange and pay to send the item back to us — that’s it.

  • Choose a refund or exchange, depending on your preference and stock availability.

  • Refunds will be processed within 10 working days of receiving your return.

Some Exceptions to Note

  • If the item was ordered from our supplier as a PRE ORDER and you changed your mind before delivery, we will issue a refund minus that product's cost.

  • For charity items, the 10% donated amount will be non-refundable as we do not wish to take this away from Macmillan Local or Dorset Mind — the rest will be refunded as normal.

  • Lucky Dip Polos are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged
  • Items returned in an unsuitable condition (worn, washed, damaged, no tags) will not be accepted and returned to you. 

Exchanges

Want something cheaper or more expensive instead?

  • We’ll refund the difference if it’s less.

  • If it costs more, we’ll let you know the balance due.


Defective or Incorrect Items

If there’s an issue with your order, email us at sales@shawgolf.co.uk within 14 days of receipt. We’ll sort it quickly — whether that’s a replacement, exchange, or refund.


What About Undeliverable Items?

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address:

  • We’ll ask you to cover re-delivery costs.

  • If you want a refund, it will be minus the original shipping charge.


The Legal Bit

Your statutory rights are not affected. Goods are provided on approval. Ownership transfers to you after the 14-day return period has passed. Shaw Golf’s liability for any issue will not exceed the price of the item(s) in question.
