FROM MAURITIUS TO THE FAIRWAYS OF THE WORLD

From Mauritius to the Fairways of the World

We’re proud to welcome Pierre Pellegrin to Shaw Golf as our newest sponsored golfer.

Pierre’s journey represents everything we believe in at Shaw Golf: individuality, hard work, ambition and the determination to forge your own path.

Representing Mauritius on the international stage, Pierre has built an impressive golfing career through dedication, sacrifice and a relentless desire to improve. His amateur career included victories such as the Rogers Indian Ocean Amateur Open, before making the step into professional golf and competing on the Sunshine Tour and at the AfrAsia Bank Mauritius Open.

Pierre’s story is particularly unique because golf wasn’t where his sporting journey began. With a promising background in football, he eventually made the decision to switch sports and dedicate himself fully to golf. Years of commitment and hard work have since taken him from Mauritius to some of the biggest stages in African and international golf.

At Shaw Golf, we believe golf should be about more than simply playing the game. It should be about personality, authenticity and having the confidence to do things your own way. Pierre embodies that attitude both on and off the course.

We’re delighted to support Pierre as he begins the next chapter of his professional career and look forward to following his journey as he continues to represent Mauritius around the world.

Welcome to the Shaw Golf family, Pierre.
